Individuals may apply on their own, and case managers, social workers, or community organizations are welcome to assist with the application.

  • Can meet weekly or monthly rent

  • May or may not be working with an agency or case manager

  • Employment, income, or program support details

  • Confirmation they can meet rent requirements

  • Agreement to follow house expectations

  • Any relevant notes that support placement

  6. As part of this process, we verify income and ID and complete a standard background check to ensure a safe, stable home for all residents.

Housing Costs

At NuBeginnings, we believe housing should be straightforward and stress‑free.

Residents are responsible only for weekly or monthly rent — no additional property‑related expenses.

Our property management team covers utilities, landscaping, and routine maintenance, ensuring the home remains comfortable, well‑maintained, and welcoming.

Pricing: Weekly and monthly rates vary based on room type and property. Because each home has different costs, final pricing is shared during the application review to ensure accuracy.
